TO BRAMCOTE, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC IN LAYBYS) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited (Company no. 9346363) intends to make an order on the A52 Trunk Road, between Spondon and Bramcote, in the County of Nottinghamshire, to allow drainage and maintenance works to be carried out. The effect of the Order will be to close, at different times, any layby adjacent to the A52 between the centrepoint of the roundabout junction with the A6005 and Derby Road, at Spondon, and the centrepoint of the roundabout junction with the B5010, the A6007 and Town Street, at Bramcote.
The closures will be in operation between 13:00 hours and 06:00 hours and are expected to start on Tuesday 27 August 2024 and continue for approximately two weeks. The Order will come into force on 20 August 2024.
Vehicles being used for police, fire and rescue authority or ambulance purposes, and vehicles being used in connection with the works will be exempt from the closures.
