Various Roads - Waiting, Loading, Stopping, Disabled Parking and Residents Parking

 (WAITING, LOADING, STOPPING, DISABLED PARKING AND RESIDENTS PARKING) AMENDMENT ORDER No.52, AUGUST 2024

 NOTICE is hereby given that the Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council proposes to make the following Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984. Restrictions under the Order: No waiting at any time (double yellow lines):

 • Reservoir Place (both sides) from its junction with A4038 Darlaston Road for a distance of approximately 116 metres in a northerly direction.

 • A4038 Darlaston Road (northern side) – from opposite property number 141 to its junction with Reservoir Place. 

• A4038 Darlaston Road (northern side) – from opposite property number 209 to its junction with Reservoir Place.

 • Darlaston Road (southern side) – from outside property number 209 for a distance of approximately 145 metres in an easterly direction.

This Order and the plans along with a statement of the council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined by appointment at The Civic Centre, Darwall Street, Walsall, WS1 1DG, during normal office hours.
