SECTION 23 ZEBRA CROSSING
NOTICE OF PROPOSED INSTALLATION OF A
KITSON HILL ROAD, MIRFIELD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kirklees Council
propose to introduce under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Act 1984, as amended, the following feature at the following locations:
Implementation of a Zebra Crossing
On Kitson Hill Road, at a point 11 metres east of the junction with Slipper Lane Mirfield, (measured to its centre point, with the associated zigzag markings extending:
1. 22 metres eastwards and westwards on the south side of Kitson Hill Road
2. 22 metres westwards and 14 metres eastwards on the north side of Kitson Hill Road
Reason: Community Project Scheme to introduce Zebra Crossing between the school and the artificial pitches to improve crossing facilities in the area.
