(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 31st July 2024 the Blackpool Borough Council made the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers to provide access to undertake maintenance to a manhole. The effect of the Order will be to:
a) Prohibit all vehicles from entering or proceeding in a westerly direction along the length of the right hand lane from its junction with Hodgson Avenue to its junction with Warbreck Hill Road roundabout at its junction with King George Avenue.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times.
Vehicular access will be maintained at all times.
All diversion routes will be clearly signed and maintained on site.
The proposed Order will commence on 12th August 2024 and continue in force for eighteen months or until the sooner completion of the aforesaid works. It is expected that the works will take 1 day.
