Station Road, Hatton - Temporary Road Closure For Repairs To Tarmac On Level Crossing

What is happening?

DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE A511 STATION ROAD, HATTON

WHEN: 11 August to 12 August 2024 (21:00 to 07:00)

WHERE: A511 Station Road, Hatton between its Jct. with Scropton Old Road to its Jct. with Marston Lane.

REASON: To facilitate repairs to tarmac on level crossing.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: A511: Station Road; Uttoxeter Road, A50, A515 Station Road, Fauld Lane, Park Lane, The Close, Castle Street, Duke Street, Burton Street, Burton Road, A511: Tutbury Bypass; Bridge Street and vice versa.

Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.

Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.

The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
