Falkirk - Multiple Traffic Notices
What is happening?
THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on:
Castle Avenue, Carronshore from 07:00 on 05/08/24 until 16:00 on 02/09/24. The prohibition is to allow for Scottish Gas works to be undertaken.
1. This Order temporarily closes from a point adjacent to North Main Street in a westerly direction for approximately 50 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: North Main Street, Main Street, Castle Avenue or vice versa.
Burns Avenue, Larbert from 09:30 until 18:00 on 07/08/24 . The prohibition is to allow for ironworks repairs to be undertaken.
1. This Order temporarily closes from a point adjacent to Robert Kay Place in a southerly direction for approximately 100 metres or thereby.
C27, Linlithgow from 08:00 on 08/08/24 until 18:00 on 09/08/24. The prohibition is to allow for telecommunication works to be undertaken.
1. This Order temporarily closes from a point adjacent to A904 in a westerly direction for approximately 700 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is:
1. Via Bonhard Mill, C27 or vice versa
2. C27, A706, via Lothian Golf Course or vice versa
Thornbridge Road, Falkirk from 09:30 until 18:00 on 08/08/24. The prohibition is to allow for ironworks repairs to be undertaken.
1. This Order temporarily closes from a point adjacent to Thornbridge Square in a westerly direction for approximately 85 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: Thornbridge Road, Woodburn Road, Ladysmill, Thornbridge Road or vice versa.
THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2024
The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit waiting in:
Castle Avenue, North Main Street, Bothkennar Road, Westerton Terrace, Main Street , Carronshore from 07:00 on 05/08/24 until 16:00 on 28/10/24 . The prohibition is to allow for Scottish Gas works to be undertaken.
1. This order prohibits waiting on Castle Avenue, North Main Street, Bothkennar Road, Westerton Terrace, Main Street, Carronshore on both sides for the whole road or thereby.
