What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
B6057 UNSTONE HILL, UNSTONE
WHEN: 07 August to 08 August 2024 (21:00 to 05:00).
WHERE: B6057 Unstone Hill, Unstone from a point 30m west of rail bridge for a distance of 70m in an easterly direction.
REASON: To facilitate rail bridge inspection works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: B6057 (from point of closure) to Sheepbridge, A61 Unstone / Dronfield Bypass to Bowshaw Interchange, B6057 through Dronfield (to point of closure) and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
