What is happening?
PUBLIC NOTICES
The COUNCIL made the Stirling Council (On-Street Parking Spaces for Disabled Persons) (Revocation No 88) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 26-7-24.
The ORDER will remove the disabled persons parking spaces at the location detailed in the Schedule hereto.

Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order, should write to the Court of Session within six weeks of 26-7-24.
The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Laurelhill Place, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Suspension of Parking) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 26-7-24.
This Order will close:
Laurelhill Place From its junction with Springwood Avenue to its junction with Ogilvie Road.
This Order will also Suspend the Parking on:
Laurelhill Place From its junction with Springwood Avenue to its southerly junction with Whitehill Place from 0800 hours until 1800 hours from 19-8-24 until 28-9-24 to facilitate public utility works.
Emergency service access will be maintained
Alternative Routes: via Springwood Avenue, Elizabeth Street, Ogilvie Road, Charles Street, Whitehill Place and vice versa

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (A9, Bannockburn - Plean) (30mph Temporary Speed Limit) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 26-7-24.
This Order will introduce a temporary 30mph speed limit on the A9, Bannockburn - Plean from 0930 hours until 1530 hours from 16-8-24 until 30-8-24 to facilitate public utility works.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Polmaise Road, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 26-7-24.
This Order will close:
Polmaise Road From its junction with Coxithill Road to its junction with Greathill Road from 0930 hours until 1530 hours on 28-8-24 to facilitate public utility works.
Emergency service access will be maintained
Alternative Routes: via Greathill Road, C10, Fairhill Road, Glasgow Road, B8051, Weaver Road, Torbrex Road, Polmaise Road and vice versa

This Order will suspend the parking on:
Drummond Rise On both sides of the road from its junction with High Street in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 40 metres or thereby, and; High Street On both sides of the road from its junction with St Mary’s Court in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 60 metres or thereby from 0800 hours until 1800 hours from 28-8-24 until 30-8-24 to facilitate public utility works.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Glen Road, Dunblane) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Suspension of Parking) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 26-7-24.
This Order will close:
Glen Road From its junction with Leewood Road to its junction with the C86
This Order will also suspend the parking on
Glen Road On both sides of the road from a point 150 metres of thereby south-east of its junction with Leewood Road in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 50 metres of thereby from 12-8-24 until 26-8-24 to facilitate public utility works.
Emergency service access will be maintained
Alternative Routes: via C86, Sheriffmuir Road, Kenwilorth Road, Henderson Street, A9, Stirling Road, Perth Road (B8033), Glen Road and vice versa

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Burnside Crescent / Touchhill Crescent, Plean) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Suspension of Parking) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 26-7-24.
This Order will close:
Burnside Crescent From its junction with Main Street to the point where it meets Wallace Crescent, and;
Burnside Crescent From its junction with Main Street to its junction with Carbrook Drive, and;
Touchhill Crescent From its junction with Main Street to its junction with Kirkbride Terrace.
This Order will also suspend the parking on
Burnside Crescent From its junction with Main Street in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 17 metres or thereby, and;
Burnside Crescent From its junction with Main Street to its junction with Carbrook Drive, and:
Touchill Crescent From its junction with Main Street to its junction with Kirkbride Terrace from 0915 hours until 1530 hours from 19-8-24 until 26-8-24 to facilitate resurfacing works.
Emergency service access will be maintained
Alternative Routes: via Main Street, Burnside Crescent and vice versa
via Carbrook Drive, Main Street and vice versa
via Touchhill Crescent, Presidents Kennedy Drive, Main Street and vice versa
