What is happening?

BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL

(BUS LINK FROM MILL LANE TO WILDRIDINGS ROAD)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2024

Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:

a) The bus link from Mill Lane to Wildridings Road.

The alternative route for vehicles affected by section (a) of this Order will be via A3095 Mill Lane, Wildridings Road or by this route reversed.

The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety while BT replace a telegraph pole due to decay.

The Order came into operation on the 29th July 2024 and has a maximum duration of 6 months. It is currently planned that the closure will be in place on 29th July 2024 from 09:30 until 15:30.

This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
