Order made: To close that part of C2033 Flying Horse Lane from its junction with U30009 Berrowhill Lane to its junction with B4090 Droitwich Road.
Reason: Tree maintenance by National Grid.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U30009 Berrowhill Lane, B4090 Droitwich Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 1 August 2024.
(U23210 Ash Lane, Alvechurch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U23210 Ash Lane from its junction with Woodpecker Close (NSG ref. 04702909) to its junction with U23205 Stonehouse Lane.

On 18 July 2024 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to Impose the following waiting restrictions on roads in Redditch:-Bates Hill - (North Side) Replace all Limited Waiting 30 mins No Return 4 hours Mon-Sat 8am-6pm with Limited Waiting 45 mins No Return 2 hours Mon-Sat 8am-6pm
Unicorn Hill - (North Side) No Waiting at Any time - No Loading at Any Time - From a point 73m east of its junction with Plymouth Road to a point 48m east of its junction with Bates Hill.
Unicorn Hill - (South Side) No Waiting at Any time -No Loading at Any Time - From a point 35m east of its junction with Bates Hill for a distance of 10m in a Westerly direction.
Goods Vehicle Loading only - From a point 25m east of its junction with Bates Hill for a distance of 36m in a Westerly direction.
From a point 25m east of its junction with Bates Hill for a distance of 36m in a Westerly direction.
Disabled Badge Holders only - From a point 11m east of its junction with Bates Hill for a distance of 18m in a Westerly direction.
Limited Waiting 45 mins No Return 2 hours Mon-Sat 8am-6pm - From a point 29m east of its junction with Bates Hill for a distance of 36m in a Westerly direction.
Church Green West - (West Side) No Waiting at Any Time - No Loading at Any Time - From its junction with Church Road for a distance of 20m in a southerly direction. From a point 40m south of its junction with Church Road for a distance of 52m in a southerly direction.
Church Green West - (East Side) No Waiting at Any Time - No Loading at Any Time - From its junction with Church Road for a distance of 40m in a southerly direction. From a point 56m south of its junction with Church Road for a distance of 30m in a southerly direction.
Revoke: Unicorn Hill (Both sides) All waiting restrictions from its junction with Church Green West to a point 45m east of its junction with Plymouth Road.
Church Green West (Both sides) All waiting restrictions from its junction with Unicorn Hill to its junction with Church Road.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 8 August 2024. The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
