(C2004 Shaw Lane, Dodderhill) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of C2004 Shaw Lane from its junction with U42015 Church Lane to its junction with U42006 Astwood Lane.
Reason: Bridgeworks by Network Rail.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U42015 Church Lane, A38 Worceste Road, A38 Rashwood Interchange (National Highways), A38 Rashwood Hill, B4065 Bromsgrove Road, B4090 Hanbury Road, B4090 Droitwich Road, B4091 Hanbury Road, U42006 Astwood Lane, C2004 Shaw Lane and vice versa.
No access for emergency services the diversion route must be followed.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights (22:00 - 06:00). Commencing: 1 August 2024.
(A4133 Holt Fleet Road, Ombersley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of A4133 Holt Fleet Road from its junction with A4133 Main Road to its junction with A443 Holt Heath.
Reason: Replacing manhole cover by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Order made: To close that part of C2142 Boreley Lane from its junction with U40208 Clacks Farm Lane to its junction with U40214 Holly Bush Walk.
Reason: Hydrant installation by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Order made: To close that part of C2084 Berry Lane from its junction with A448 Kidderminster Road to its junction with U40402 Cooksey Green Lane.
Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

(C2154 Dunhampstead to Himbleton Road, Himbleton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of C2154 Dunhampstead to Himbleton Road from its junction with C2080 Shaftland Cross to Phepson to its junction with U42210 Flash Lane.
Reason: To provide a safe working area for engineers to access telegraph poles to provide fibre overhead cabling by Openreach.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2080 Shaftland Cross to Phepson, C2077 Trench Lane, U42210 Flash Lane, C2154 Dunhampstead to Himbleton Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 6 August 2024.
(B4185 Meadow Road/B4185 Gibb Lane, Catshill) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of Closure 1 - B4185 Meadow Road from its junction with B4091 Stourbridge Road to its junction with C2280 Wildmoor Lane. Closure 2 - B4185 Gibb Lane from its junction with C2280 Wildmoor Lane to its junction with U21543 Golden Cross Lane.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4091 Stourbridge Road, A491 Sandy Lane, A38 Lydiate Ash Roundabout (National Highways), A38 Halesowen Road, A38 Birmigham Road, B4185 Golden cross Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
2 days between 23 August 2024 and 30 August 2024.
(B4096 Hewell Lane, Tardebigge) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of B4096 Hewell Lane from its junction with U22017 Pikes Pool Lane to its junction with C2001 Stoney Lane.
Reason: New water connection by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4096 Hewell Lane (part), B4184 Brockhill Drive, B4184 Windsor Road, B4184 Middlehouse Lane, A441 Alvechurch Highway, A441 Birmingham Road, A441 Alvechurch Bypass, B4120 Redditch Road, B4120 Bittel Road, B4120 Kendal End Road, B4120 Barnt Green Road, B4096 Rose Hill, B4096 Old Birmingham Road, A38 Lickey End Roundabout, B4096 Alcester Road, B4096 Hewell Road and vice versa.

(C2004 Shaw Lane, Stoke Prior) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of C2004 Shaw Lane from its junction with U22002 Greenside to its junction with C2033 Westonhall Road.
Reason: New Customer Connection by Cadent Gas.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2004 Shaw Lane (part), B4091 Hanbury Road, C2033 Westonhall Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs). Commencing: 5 August 2024.
(C2086 Pulley Lane, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2086 Pulley Lane from its junction with U41396 Woodland Way to its junction with U41424 Newland Road.
Reason: Overhead Works by Openreach.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2086 Pulley Lane (part), A38 Worcester Road, B4090 Worcester Road, U41417 Primsland Way, C2076 Tagwell Road, C2086 Newlandway and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 23 August 2024.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Footpath BM-506, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 22 February 2024 the effect of which is to close Footpath BM-506, Bromsgrove for its entire length which was due to expire on 5 August 2024 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 26 December 2025 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State.
The Order has been made as a result of cycleway construction adjoining the footpath.
Alternative route: There is no suitable alternative route.
