ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984: SECTION 14

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C468

RAYDON ROAD, WENHAM MAGNA

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C468 Raydon Road, Wenham Magna from Cottage to Notley Enterprise Park to facilitate fibre testing and installation. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be Raydon Road, Woodlands Road, the B1070, Acacia Road, Wenham Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 29/07/2024 - 02/08/2024 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U8331

CASTLINGS HEATH, GROTON

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U8331 Castlings Heath, Groton from no. 1 to Black Pleasant Farm to facilitate a new water connection. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be Goslings Green, Spout Lane, Horners Green, Butchers Lane, Church Street, Howe Road, Road from the 8331 to the 8326 and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 29/07/2024 - 31/07/2024 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE A1071 CORAM STREET,

POLSTEAD AND HADLEIGH

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the following roads to facilitate pre surface dressing works:

• The A1071 Coram Street, Polstead from Hadleigh Heath to Coram Street, Hadleigh

• The A1071 Coram Street, Hadleigh.

Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be the A1071, the A134, the A1341, the A12, the A1214, the B1070 and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 29/07/2024 - 03/08/2024 from 8pm - 5am but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U4805 ELMCROFT ROAD AND U4151 DRYDEN ROAD, IPSWICH

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the following roads:

1. the U4805 Elmcroft Road, Ipswich from Congreve Road to Castle Court

2. the U4151 Dryden Road, Ipswich from Congreve Road to Shirley Road.

This is to facilitate gas replacement works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion routes will be:

1. Congreve Road, Fircroft Road and vice versa

2. Shenstone Drive, Burke Road, Macaulay Road, Congreve Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 29/07/2024 - 09/08/2024 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U5900 Wash Lane, Hindercley from the junction with Gobbetts Lane for 80 metres eastbound to facilitate fibre works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be Wash Lane, Bells Lane, Gobbetts Lane and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 07/08/2024 - 09/08/2024 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U6136 BACK STREET AND THE ROAD FROM HIGH STREET TO BACK STREET, LACKENHEATH

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the following roads in the following phases:

1. the U6136 Back Street, Lackenheath from Wings Road to Mill Road

2. • the U6136 road from High Street to Back Street, Lackenheath

• the U6136 Back Street, Lackenheath from Mill Road to the road from High Street to Back Street.

This is to facilitate carriageway resurfacing. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion routes will be:

1. Mill Road, the B1112, Wings Road and vice versa

2. The B1112, Mill Road, and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 07/08/2024 - 09/08/2024 from 7pm - 5am but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

GRANGE ROAD, WICKHAM SKEITH

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U5229 Grange Road, Wickham Skeith from 240 metres south of the junction with Daisy Green Lane for 40 metres southbound to facilitate sewer works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be Wickham Road, the A140, The Street and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 29/07/2024 - 31/07/2024 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the B1066 Bury Road, Brockley from Tudor Cottage for 350 metres northbound to facilitate overhead lines and pole replacement works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

The diversion route will be the A143, the A1302, the A134, the A1092 and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 29/07/2024 from 10am - 3pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C558 New Road, Elmswell from the junction with Cooks Road for 100 metres southbound to facilitate telecommunications cabling for customer connection. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

The diversion route will be Church Road, New Road, the A1088, The Street, Hunston Road, Richer Road, Ashfield Hill, Elmswell Road, Ashfield Road, Station Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 29/07/2024 - 30/07/2024 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the Road from the C309 to the A12, Bredfield from The Forge for 30 meters northbound to facilitate repairing a defect to a water main. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C563 Haughley Green, Haughley from 125 metres south of the junction with Fir Tree Lane for 140 metres southbound to facilitate the installation of a sewer. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

• HGVs only - Fishponds Way, Tot Hill, Bury Road, Gipping Way, Navigation Approach, Mortimer Road, Stowupland Road, Newton Road, Stowupland Road, Finningham Road, Old Newton Road, Cow Green, Fords Green, Broad Road, Station Road, Westhorpe Road, Finningham Road, Church Hill, Wyverstone Road and vice versa.
