(B4208 Pickersleigh Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of B4208 Pickersleigh Road from its junction with U63252 Mayflower Close to its junction with U63248 Cotswold Road.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4208 Pickersleigh Road, C2260 Madresfield Road, B4211 Barnards Green Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 29 July 2024 and 16 August 2024.
(U63302 Lower Chase Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U63302 Lower Chase Road from its junction with U63304 Pound Bank Road to its junction with U63301 Lydes Road.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Westbound Diversion: U63304 Pound Bank Road, U63303 Upper Chase Road, U63300 Upper Chase Road. Eastbound Diversion: U63301 Lydes Road, B4208 Pickersleigh Road, B4211 Barnards Green Road, U63304 Pound Bank Road.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 29 July 2024 and 16 August 2024.
(U63301 Lydes Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) and (One-Way) on U63301 Lydes Road, Malvern) (Temporary Suspension) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U63301 Lydes Road from its junction with B4208 Pickersleigh Road to its junction with U63302 Lower Chase Road and to temporarily suspend the One-Way on U63301 Lydes Road to allow two-way traffic to be able to access residents and businesses for the duration of the Order.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U63302 Lower Chase Road, U63304 Pound Bank Road, U63304 Upper Chase Road, B4211 Barnards Green Road, B4208 Pickersleigh Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 29 July 2024 and 16 August 2024.
(B4208 Poolbrook Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of B4208 Poolbrook Road from its junction with U63306 Borrowdale Road to its junction with U63120 Geraldine Road.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4211 Guarldford Road, B4211 Rhydd Road, B4211 The Rhydd, B4209 Hanley Castle, B4209 Hanley Swan to Roberts End, B4208 Blackmore Park Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days between 29 July 2024 and 23 August 2024.
(B4503 Newtown Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of B4503 Newtown Road from its junction with U63524 Hospital Bank to its junction with U63525 Grafton Close.
Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternatives route: Standard Diversion: B4503 Leigh Sinton Road, C2205 Tanhouse Lane, C2205 Upper Howsell Road, C2205 Howsell Road, A449 Worcester Road, B4503 Newtown Road (part) and vice versa. HGV Diversion: B4503 Leigh Sinton Road, B4503 Upper Interfields, B4503 Lower Interfields, B4503 Malvern Road, A4103 Leigh Sinton, A4103 Bransford, A4440 Grove Way, A4440 Hams Way, A449 The Village, A449 Malvern Road, A449 Worcester Road, B4503 Newtown Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 31 July 2024.
(C2205 Howsell Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2205 Howsell Road from its junction with U63507 Somers Park Avenue to its junction with U63511 Frederick Road
Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U63507 Somers Park Avenue, B4503 Newtown Road, A449 Worcester Road, C2205 Howsell Road (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 19 August 2024.
(A449 Wells Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of A449 Wells Road from its junction with A4104 LittlemMalvern to its junction with U63027 Green Lane
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A449 Wells Road (part), B4209 Hanley Road, B4208 Blackmore Park Road, B4208 Garret Bank to Danemoor Cross, A4104 Marlbank Road, A4104 Little Malvern, A449 Wells Road (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days between 29 July 2024 and 6 August 2024.
(U66409 Croft Bank, West Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of U66409 Croft Bank from its junction with U63550 De Walden Road for a distance of 515 metres in a south westerly direction until Herefordshire County boundary.
Reason: Essential tree maintenance to enable access to Sewer by Gardiners.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4232 West Malvern Road, U66407 Hardcourt Road into Herefordshire and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24 hrs). Commencing:
19 August 2024.
