What is happening?
NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDER THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS) (AMENDMENT ORDER NO. 2024.2137328 - MAY TERRACE AND GLEN PARK AVENUE) ORDER
The Council of the City of Plymouth in exercise of their powers under the relevant Sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (“the Act”), and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, hereby intend to make the above named Order:-
The effect of the order shall be to;
Add Car Club Only At Any Time on a length of the following roads:
May Terrace, Glen Park Avenue
