What is happening?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary the premises licence at Co-op, 117 High Street, Great Ayton, TS9 6BW when the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises may take place Monday to Sunday from 08:00 - 23:00 to 06:00-23:00. In all other respects the Licence shall remain the same. Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to North Yorkshire Council, Licensing, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Rotary Way, Northallerton, DL6 2UU E-mail : licensingteam.ham@northyorks.gov.uk by 13 August 2024. The Application may be viewed during opening hours at Council Offices.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
