THE OLDHAM - CARRIAGEWAY RESURFACING ORDER
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING ORDER 2024

The Oldham Borough Council on 29th July 2024 made a Temporary Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which is to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along that part of Drury Lane, (Under Lane to Turf Lane) and the full lengths of Kew Road, Ninth Avenue, Miller Road, Delph Lane, Dingle Avenue, Shore Avenue and Vincent Avenue.

The Order is made to allow carriageway maintenance and resurfacing and will be in force for 18 months and will be in force from 29th July 2024 but roads will only be closed for the duration of the works. Signs and letter drops will advise of closures and diversion routes.
