TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC (DUNSTON HEATH – DUNSTON HEATH LANE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on Dunston Heath Lane to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road.

The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule.

The Order will come into operation on 7 August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.

The works are expected to commence on or about 7 August 2024 and continue for approximately 41 days.

Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

An alternative route for vehicles will be signed.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on Montague Street to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road.

The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule.

The Order will come into operation on 5 August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.

The works are expected to commence on or about 5 August 2024 and continue for approximately 3 days.

Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays.

The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule.

The Order will come into operation on 2 August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.

The works are expected to commence on or about 2 August 2024 and continue for approximately 1 day.

Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays.

The Order will come into operation on 1 August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.

The works are expected to commence on or about 1 August 2024 and continue for approximately 16 days.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order owing to the holding of the Village Fete Event.

The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions as detailed in the Schedule.

The Order will be operative on 3 August 2024 and apply at all times when traffic signs are displayed.

Diversion routes for affected traffic shall be signposted.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order on Blind Lane to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road.

The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule.

The Order will come into operation on 31 July 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.

The works are expected to commence on or about 31 July 2024 and continue for approximately 1 day.

Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

The Order will come into operation on 31 July 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.

The works are expected to commence on or about 31 July 2024 and continue for approximately 3 days.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order on A15 Lincoln Eastern Bypass to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road.

The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule.

The Order will come into operation on 30 July 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.

The works are expected to commence on or about 30 July 2024 and continue for approximately 1 night working between 23.00hrs to 06.00hrs.

Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays.

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Secretary of State for Transport in pursuance of the powers conferred by Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has consented to the Lincolnshire County Council (Hagworthingham/Aswardby – Public Right of Way No.46 & No.122) (Temporary Restriction to Traffic) Order 2024 which came into force on 6 February 2024 being extended and continuing in force until 5 October 2026 or until the completion of the works, whichever is the sooner..

The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the right of way.

The effect of the Order will be to close Public Right of Way No. No.46 & No.122 to all users.

The alternative route for users will be signed on site.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
