What is happening?

PUBLIC NOTICES

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Mains Old Dumbarton Road, Gargunnock) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 19-7-24.

This Order will close:
Mains Old Dumbarton Road For its entire length from 0800 hours until 1800 hours on 14-8-24 to facilitate public utility works.
Emergency service access will be maintained
Alternative Routes: via Manse Brae, Station Road, A811 and vice versa

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (C40, Chalmerston Road (Commonly Known as Rossburn Lane), Blairdrummond) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 19-7-24.

This Order will close:
C40, Chalmerston Road For its entire length from 0800 hours until 1800 hours on 15-8-24 to facilitate 
Public Utility works. The weight restriction on the B8075 will be suspended for the duration of the closure.
 Emergency service access will be maintained
Alternative Routes: via A84, B8075 and vice versa

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (A81, Nr Callander) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 19-7-24.

This Order will close:
A81 From its junction with the B822 to its junction with the A873 from 0800 hours until 1700 hours on 13-8-24 to facilitate public utility works.
 Emergency service access will be maintained
Alternative Routes: via A873, B822 and vice versa

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (B822, Fintry) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Suspension of Parking - No 2) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 19-7-24.

This Order will close:
B822 From its junction with Glinns Road to its junction with the C36.
This Order will also suspend the parking on: B822 On both sides of the road from its junction with Glinns Road in a northerly direction for a distance of 300 metres or thereby from 0900 hours until 1600 hours from 12-8-24 until 16-8-24 to facilitate culvert replacement works.
 Emergency service access will be maintained
Alternative Routes: via B818, A875, A811, B822 and vice versa

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Teith Road, Deanston) (Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians and Suspension of Parking) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 19-7-24.

This Order will close the footway and suspend the parking on:-
Teith Road On the south-west side of the road from the east gable end of No 24 in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 70 metres or thereby from 0900 hours until 1800 hours from 12-8-24 until 25-8-24 to facilitate footway works.
Alternative Routes: via temporary walkway

The COUNCIL made the Stirling Council (On-Street Parking Spaces for Disabled Persons) (Revocation No 87) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 19-7-24.
The ORDER will remove the disabled persons parking spaces at the location detailed in the Schedule hereto.
