Pretoria Road - Temporary Road Closure to Facilitate Complete Network Installation Works

DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ar ôl o leiaf 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad yma, o dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991, a fydd yn para deunaw mis ar y mwyaf.
Mae angen cau’r ffyrdd er mwyn hwyluso gwaith gosod rhwydwaith cyflawn ar gyfer Virgin Media.
Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau’r rhannau yma o’r ffyrdd yn ystod y dyddiadau sydd wedi’u nodi, neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau:-

2. Y lôn y tu ôl i rif 60 y Rhodfa i’r ochr i rif 2 y Rhodfa
Hyd – rhwng 7 a 10 Awst 2024
3. Y lôn i’r ochr i rif 90 Stryd Prichard Hyd – rhwng 7 a 10 Awst 2024
4 . Y lôn y tu ôl i rifau 2 i 90 Stryd Prichard Hyd – rhwng 7 a 10 Awst 2024
5. Heol Haulfryn (y stryd gyfan) Hyd – rhwng 19 a 21 Awst 2024

Does dim llwybr amgen ar gael ar gyfer y ffyrdd yma, ond bydd mynediad ar gael i eiddo tra bydd y ffordd ar gau.

RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
(VARIOUS LOCATIONS TONYREFAIL) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.
The closure is necessary to facilitate complete network installation works for Virgin Media
The effect of the Order will be to close the following sections of roads, during the specified dates, or until such time as the works have been competed:-
1. Laned to the side of No. 7 Pretoria Road to the rear of No. 71 Pretoria Road
Duration – 6th – 9th August 2024
2. Lane to the rear of No. 60 The Avenue to the side of No. 2 The Avenue
Duration – 7th and 10th August 2024
3. Lane to the side of No. 90 Pritchard Street
Duration – 7th and 10th August 2024
4. Lane to the rear of No. 2 – 90 Pritchard Street
Duration – 7th and 10th August 2024
5. Heol Haulfryn (entire street)
Duration – 19th and 21st August 2024
6 . Lane to the rear of No. 2 – 68 Pembroke Street
Duration – 12th and 16th August 2024
There are no alternative routes for these closures, however access will be maintained to premises.
Access will be maintained for pedestrians and emergency service vehicles
