Section 90c Highways Act 1980
Proposed Traffic Calming Measures
Sir George Martin Drive, Adel & Stonebridge Lane, Farnley

Leeds City Council proposes to implement the following highway improvements under Section 90C of the Highways Act 1980: 1. A flat-topped road hump elevated to a maximum height of 100 millimetres above the carriageway, on Sir George Martin Drive, Adel, 30 metres north of its junction with Wayland Approach. 2. A Speed Table on the carriageway measuring 9.6m x 7.5m on Stonebridge Lane, Farnley, 10m north-east of the junction with Stonebridge Grove. If you wish to obtain further details or to object to or make representations concerning either proposal, you should write to TRO Team, City Development, Merrion House, Leeds LS2 8LX or email troteam@leeds.gov.uk  specifying the grounds on which your objection or representation is made, by no later than 19 August 2024.

Order 2013 Ardsley & Robin Hood Ward Order – Amendment Order No.1 2023

Leeds City Council has today made the above Order under its powers contained in the Rd Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order which comes into force on 29 July 2024 is to introduce: 1. No Waiting at any Time on sections of: Baghill Rd, Tingley; Batley Rd, Tingley; Beech St,Tingley; Bradford Rd, West Ardsley; Bradford Rd, East Ardsley; Chapel St, Tingley; Cherry Tree Walk, East Ardsley; Common La, East Ardsley; Copley La, Robin Hood; Fenton St, Tingley; Gascoigne Rd, Thorpe; Haigh Moor Rd, Tingley; Hill Top La, Tingley; Hill Top Villas, Tingley; Leadwell La, Rothwell; Leeds Rd, Lofthouse; Leeds Rd, Robin Hood; Low St, Tingley; Meadow Side Rd, East Ardsley; Moor Gate, East Ardsley; Moor Knoll La, East Ardsley; Pawson St, Robin Hood; Rosedale Gdns, Tingley; Sherwood Gdns, Robin Hood; Springwood Cl, Thorpe; The Croft, Tingley; The Nook, Tingley; The Rowans, Robin Hood; Thorpe La, Tingley. 2. The revocation of existing items as identified in the draft Order Schedules A copy of the Order, together with plans showing the affected sections of highway may be obtained by e-mailing troteam@leeds.gov.uk . If you wish to object to question the validity of an Order or any provision contained within it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Rd Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under the Act has not be complied with in relation an Order, you may within 6 weeks from the date upon which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

Leeds City Council has today made the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order which comes into force on 29 July 2024 is to introduce: 1. No Waiting at any Time on sections of: Cemetery Road, Otley & Yeadon (both sides); Harper La, Otley & Yeadon (SE & SW sides); Harrogate Rd, Guiseley & Rawdon (NW side); High St, Yeadon (North side); High St, Yeadon (Both Sides); Kirk La, Guiseley & Rawdon; (north side); Otley Rd, Guiseley & Rawdon (SW side); Walkers Row, Guiseley & Rawdon (both sides). 2. No Waiting – Mon to Sat – 8.00am to 6.00pm on sections of: High St, Yeadon (South & SW sides). 3. Time Limited Parking – Mon to Sat – 8.00am to 6.00pm (4 Hrs – No return within 2 Hrs) on a section of High St, Yeadon (NE side). (Temporary One-Way Restriction) Order 2024
Wellington Street, Leeds

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a one-way restriction for the purpose of facilitating safe operation of the highway during works associated with the improvement of City Square, Leeds. The effect of the Order will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Wellington Street, between its junctions with Aire Street and Bishopgate Street; other than in an easterly direction. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 1 August 2024 and to remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months. It is anticipated that a permanent Traffic Regulation Order will be subsequently in due course with the intention of making the above restriction permanent.
