Various Roads, Topsham - Prohibition of Motor Vehicles & 20mph
Devon County Council made these on 17 July to come into force 26 August for Topsham: Devon County Council (Apsham Grange Area, Topsham) (20mph Speed Limit) Order 2024 to introduce 20MPH speed limit on specifed lengths of Artillery Avenue, Clyst Road, Engineers Road, George Rise, Marine Drive, Token Place & Victoria Mead; Devon County Council (Clyst Road, Topsham) (Prohibition of Motor Vehicles) Order 2024 to introduce Prohibition of Motor Vehicles on Clyst Road from 104 metres south of Whitehall Lane to 47 metres north of Highfeld. Documents are also available to view during normal ofce hours at the address below.
If you wish to question the validity of the Prohibition of Motor Vehicles order or any of its provisions because it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Trafc Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose.
