Derbyshire - Temporary Road Closure To Facilitate Carriageway And Verge Maintenance
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE UNNAMED SECTION OF A52 FROM DERBY ROAD TO CLIFTON ROAD, ASHBOURNE BYPASS
WHEN: 30 July to 01 August 2024 (20:00 to 04:00 each night).
WHERE: Unnamed Section of A52 from Derby Road to Clifton Road, Ashbourne between A515 Clifton Road roundabout to A52 Derby Road roundabout.
REASON: To facilitate carriageway and verge maintenance.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Clifton Road, Station Street, A52 Derby Road and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will reopen as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
