Temporary Closure of Doniford Road
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Doniford Road - from the junction with Aller Mead Way to the junction of Cassino Road. A total distance of 828 metres.
This Order will enable Tithegrove Ltd to install street lighting and electrical connection.
The Order becomes effective on 26th July 2024 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 29th July 2024 and last until 9th August 2024 between the hours of 07:30 - 17:00 for a total of 12 days.
