What is happening?

THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF 
WINDSOR & MAIDENHEAD
CHERRY GARDEN LANE (PART), 
LITTLEWICK GREEN (TEMPORARY 
PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2024
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to:
Prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Cherry Garden Lane, Littlewick Green from northern boundary of property known as “Banstock” southward to its junction with Breadcroft Lane. There is no diversion route available. 

The purpose of the proposed Order is to facilitate works on the highway, namely to provide new power ducting, and as a result there is the of danger to the public.

The proposed Order will be in operation daily between 08.00 hours and 16.00 hours (excluding weekends) from Monday 12 August until Friday 23 August 2024. 

There will be a prohibition of driving when signs as prescribed by the Traffic Sign Regulations and General Directions 2016 are in place to indicate the said restrictions.
