C151 EASTGATE JUNCTION
TO TRANWELL WOODS JUNCTION TRANWELL WOODS
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C151 Eastgate Junction To Tranwell Woods Junction from its junction with the B6524 heading in a southerly direction for a length of 3720 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 14th August 2024 until the 14th February 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 14th August 2024 between the hours of 08:00 - 17:00; however, the order will remain in place until 14th February 2025.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the C151, C361, C153, B6524 and vice versa.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council for structural patching. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
