NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan Borough Council of Stockport proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic Act 1991 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be to introduce No Waiting At Any Time: Lower Fold, (North-West side): From a point 11 metres south-west of its intersection with the south-western kerb line of Waters Edge in a north-easterly direction to a point 10 metres north-east of its intersection with the north-eastern kerb line of Waters Edge.

Waters Edge, (South-West side): From its intersection with the north-western kerb line of Lower Fold in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 38.5 metres. Waters Edge, (North-East side): From its intersection with the north-western kerb line of Lower Fold in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 8.5 metres. Waters Edge, (South-East side): From a point 73 metres south-west from its intersection with the north-western kerb line of Lower Fold in a south-westerly, then a north-westerly direction for a distance of 43.5 metres. Waters Edge, (North-West side): From a point 53 metres west of its intersection with the north-western kerb line of Lower Fold in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 15 metres.
