NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 –
Gaw End Lane, Sutton
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.
Prohibition of traffic – Gaw End Lane, Sutton – For the full extent.
The alternative route will be via Gaw End Lane, London Road, Sparrow Avenue, Albatross Way and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.
This order will come into operation on Monday 12 August 2024 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 20 September 2024.

This order will come into operation on Monday 29 July 2024 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Thursday 31 October 2024.
