The County of Cornwall (Infra23-207) (Par) (Par Green) (Restrictions on Waiting) (Amendment) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cornwall Council proposes to make the above Order to regulate traffic in Par. The effect is to introduce and revoke restrictions on waiting along the lengths of road described below.
It is also proposed to introduce a traffic calming measure (priority buildout) under the provisions of Sections 90G-I of the Highways Act 1980. The effect will be to reduce vehicle speeds and improve safety along the lengths of road described below.
Copies of the relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY. Alternatively, please telephone 01872 327281 or email trafc@cormacltd.co.uk to obtain further information. Please quote reference Infra23-207 on all correspondence.
Comments of support, objections or any other representations, must be sent in writing, with objections specifying the grounds on which they are made, to Cormac Solutions Ltd, Infrastructure Design Group, Radnor Road, Scorrier, Redruth, TR16 5EH.
Any representations must be received no later than the 14th August 2024.
