What is happening?

BOROUGH OF TORBAY
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 14 (1) - Temporary No Right Turn Order (Kings Ash Road - Paignton) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Torbay Council proposes to make the following Order under the provisions of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce the following traffic restrictions:

No right turn

Kings Ash Road At its junction with Spruce Way.

The Order is considered necessary to allow essential utility works and safe working area for contractors.

The proposed Order will come into force on 16th September 2024 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 2 months or until such time that the works are completed (whichever comes first).
