St Martins - Temporary Traffic Regulation Order Due To Bollards Installation Works Taking Place

AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
THE LEICESTER (ST MARTINS) (TEMPORARY) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicester City Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be, for the following anticipated period of time to:
Prohibit the movement of all vehicles on St Martins between its junctions with Peacock Lane and with Grey Friars from 7.00am on Monday 29th July 2024 until 6.00pm on Friday 6th September 2024.
Diversion route: St Nicholas Circle, Peacock Lane.
This order is necessary due to bollards installation works taking place and to prevent the likelihood of danger to the public.
This Order will come into effect on the 29th July 2024 and will continue in force for up to 18 months, or until the order is no longer deemed necessary, whichever is the earlier.
Emergency access will be maintained at all times.
