(Longdown Road [Also Known As Bakers Hill Or Pocombe Hill], Exeter) (No. 2) Order 2024
Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic & Parking

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 22/8/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 4/9/24. Between the hours of 19:00 & 06:00. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed or wait on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected: LONGDOWN ROAD [ALSO KNOWN AS BAKERS HILL OR POCOMBE HILL], EXETER The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - IDE LANE, A30, A38, B3193, B3212, & VICE VERSA.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: NATIONAL HIGHWAYS SURVEY WORKS: STRUCTURAL CONDITION SURVEY TO BE UNDERTAKEN ON THE A30 BAKERS HILL OVERBRIDGE, CROSSING THE B3212.

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 22/7/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 5/8/24. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park or wait on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected: PARSON STREET, TEIGNMOUTH, OUTSIDE 39 - 40 PARSON STREET THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ROUTE. This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: REPLACE 51.84M OF OLD METALLIC GAS MAINS WITH 108.72M OF NEW PLASTIC MAINS.

Roads affected: ROAD PAST CLIFFORD HILL COTTAGES & ROAD FROM CLIFFORD CROSS TO CLIFFORD BRIDGE, MORETONHAMPSTEAD & DUNSFORD

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - ROAD PAST CLIFFORD HILL COTTAGES, ROAD PAST WOODSTONE FARM, ROAD FROM LITTLE WOOSTON CROSS TO LIME STREET CROSS, ROAD FROM LIME STREET CROSS TO DOCCOMBE CROSS, ROAD FROM DOCCOMBE CROSS TO COSSICK CROSS, B3212, ROAD FROM BUTTS POUND CROSS TO TOLL COTTAGE, COLLABRIDGE ROAD, ROAD PAST BOYLAND FARM, ROAD FROM CLIFFORD CROSS TO CLIFFORD BRIDGE, & VICE VERSA.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: DEVON HIGHWAYS - PATCHING WORKS.
