NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 11th day of July 2024 Cornwall Council made the above Orders operational from 25th day of July 2024 to regulate traffic in various settlements in the Cornwall Gateway Community Network area. The effect will be to introduce, amend and revoke various speed limits and restrictions on waiting as specified below. Where a description of a length of road has not been specified in relation to a road, the effect will be on its entire length.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the restrictions on waiting Order or any provision thereof on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 11th July 2024, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

Road from Junction North of Stockadon Farm to Landulph from a point 210m north-west of its junction with Road from Ziggarson Wood to Crumple Park to a point 18m south-east of its junction with the access to North Wayton Farm.
