NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 11th day of July 2024 Cornwall Council made the above Orders operational from 25th day of July 2024 to regulate traffic in various settlements in the Cornwall Gateway Community Network area. The effect will be to introduce, amend and revoke various speed limits and restrictions on waiting as specified below. Where a description of a length of road has not been specified in relation to a road, the effect will be on its entire length.
Copies of the Orders and relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY. Alternatively, please telephone 01872 327250 or email traffic@cormacltd.co.uk to obtain further information. Please quote reference EDG2106 on all correspondence.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the restrictions on waiting Order or any provision thereof on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 11th July 2024, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
