Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
The County of Cornwall (School Road, Harrowbarrow, Callington) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Harrowbarrow, Callington. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd August 2024 to 29th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - School Road, Harrowbarrow, Callington between properties known as Anvil Cottage and Harrowbarrow Village Hall.

(Road From Junction South East Of South Bosent To Turnpike Place, Liskeard)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Liskeard. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th August 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Junction South East Of South Bosent To Turnpike Place, Liskeard between grid reference SX 23822 63645 and property numbers 1-3 Sunnybank.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Millbrook. This prohibition is necessary for works to relocate meter and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th August 2024 to 8th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - St Andrews Street, Millbrook between property numbers 1 and 17.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 6th March 2024 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Terras Hill, Lostwithiel between Tregarthen and Terras House.
The Order which commenced on the 7th March 2024 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 25th October 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed due to collapsed retaining wall.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Dominick. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th August 2024 to 9th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Tsambika To Pitt Meadow, St Dominick for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Polbathic. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th August 2024 to 9th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force b24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Junction West Of Butter Villa To Junction North Of Hendra, Polbathic between the junction of the A374 (between Milladon Lane and Access to Trewin House) and grid reference SX 34783 56762.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Trevigro. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th August 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Junction West Of New Gardens To Caddapit, Trevigro between the junction of Haye Road and grid reference SX 33951 68896.
