The County of Cornwall (Road From Brunel View To Junction North East Of Glamorgan Mill, Callington) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Callington. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th August 2024 to 23rd August 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Brunel View To Junction North East Of Glamorgan Mill, Callington between properties known as The Neuk and Treant.

(Road From Callington Road To Honicombe Corner, Harrowbarrow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Harrowbarrow. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th August 2024 to 7th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Callington Road To Honicombe Corner, Harrowbarrow between grid references SX 40532 70406 and SX 40936 70440.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Albaston. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th August 2024 to 7th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Cemetery Road, Albaston for its entire length.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Gunnislake. This prohibition is necessary for ducting and blockage clearing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th August 2024 to 9th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1430, weekdays only.
Road affected - Chapel Street, Gunnislake between property known as Trewyn and the junction of Hooper Street.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Millbrook. This
prohibition is necessary for solar panel installation works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th August 2024 to 10th September 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Dawes Lane, Millbrook for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Drakewalls. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th August 2024 to 7th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Delaware Road, Drakewalls between grid reference SX 41884 71907 and property known as Francara.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st July 2024 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 3 in the Parish of Looe between grid references SX 24223 51770 and SX 24245 51717.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to dilapidated steps in a dangerous condition.
The Order will come into operation on 22nd July 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 28th July 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 1st July 2024 for a period of up to 21 days.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 11th March 2024 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 26, in the Parish of Maker-with-Rame for its entire length.
The Order which commenced on the 12th March 2024 and is currently in force for up to six months will now continue until the 20th July 2025. The continuance of this Order, which was to have expired on the 20th July 2024 has been approved by the Secretary of State for Transport.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to concerns over cliff stability.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Dominick. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th August 2024 to 9th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

(Lansallos Street, Landaviddy Lane and Raphael Road, Polperro) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Polperro.
This prohibition is necessary for essential cleaning of sewer pipes to mitigate flooding and pollution and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th August 2024 to 7th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 2300, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Lansallos Street and Landaviddy Lane, Polperro for their entire lengths and Raphael Road, Polperro between the junction of Landaviddy Lane and property known as Landaviddy Cottage.

This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th August 2024 to 9th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekdays only.
