Temporary Prohibition Of Driving For Water Connection Works
What is happening?

THE OLDHAM - FOXDENTON LANE CHADDERTON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING ORDER 2024
The Oldham Borough Council intend to make a Temporary Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along that part of Foxdenton Lane Chadderton from a point 160 metres from Horseshoe Lane for 85 metres south easterly.
The alternative route will be via Lydia Becker Way & A663 Broadway.
The Order is to be made to allow water connection works and will be in force for 2 weeks from 29th July 2024, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
