Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 23, 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
Effect of the Order: To Revoke School Keep Clear Restrictions and Implement a Zebra Crossing on the following length of road in Stanway, in the City of Colchester.
- To Revoke: ‘School Keep Clear; Mon-Fri 8.30-9.30am and 3-4pm’ Restrictions.

The Centre line of the crossing: Will be situated approximately 17 metres north of the property boundaries of 32 and 34 Villa Road.
Width between the crossing give way lines: Approximately 6.7 metres.
Zigzags: Approximately 13.4 metres north of the crossing for the width of the road and approximately 30.28 metres south of the crossing for the width of the road.

(Footpath 39, Myland)
(Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2024Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.Effect of the order:
To temporarily close to all pedestrians Footpath 39, Myland in the City of Colchester, from its junction with footpath 38, northwest for a distance of approximately 315 metres.The closure is scheduled to commence on 11 July 2024 to 22 December 2024 where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce whilst construction works are undertaken.
No alternative route is available.
The Order will come into effect on the 18 July 2024 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is earlier.
(Footpath 5, Brightlingsea) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2024

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.Effect of the order:
To temporarily close Footpath 5, Brightlingsea in the District of Tendring, for the entire length, from Red Barn Road to its junction with Thorrington Footpath 14.The closure is scheduled to commence on 19 July 2024 for 6 months, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing and is required for the safety of the public due to a footbridge collapse.
The alternative route will be via Red Barn Road, Samson’s Road, Footpath 2 (Brightlingsea) Footpath 14 (Thorrington), Footpath 5 (Brightlingsea) and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 22 July 2024 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the path has been made safe, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bergholt Road, Myland in the City of Colchester, from a point approximately 130m south east of its junction with Three Crowns Road for a distance of approximately 20m in a north easterly direction.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th August 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (XJ002C0C12393-WHP3UK-SL3 – Hutchison 3G Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.Effect of the order:
To temporarily close that length of Honeysuckle Way, Colchester in the City of Colchester, from a point approximately 45m north east of its junction with Acacia Avenue for a distain of approximately 50m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th August 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0088WF9KR7M902 – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new pole installation works are undertaken by Openreach.An alternative route is available via Honeysuckle Way, Cypress Grove, Magnolia Drive, Acacia Avenue and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019* will be temporarily amended to include the temporary ‘No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time’ restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 25th July 2024, exact dates will be specified on one.network. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.Effect of the order:

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
The Essex County Council (Colchester City) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019* will be temporarily amended to include the temporary ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th July 2024 for 35 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2365449 – Essex County Council).
