What is happening?

(COMMERCIAL CRESCENT, LADYBANK)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2024

Fife Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 prohibiting the use by vehicular traffic of Commercial Cres, Ladybank from jct. Commercial Rd to jct. U106 Pitlessie Rd.

The Order is to allow drainage works to be carried out in safety and will be operational from 29/07/2024 to 04/08/2024 or until earlier completion of the works. The alternative route for through traffic will be via Commercial Rd & Monkstown, Ladybank; B938; A92; New Inn Roundabout; A914; Cupar Rd, Kettlebridge & B9129 Kingskettle. Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained. Residential access will be maintained to either side of rail bridge via the alternative route. Pedestrian access at either side of rail bridge will be maintained.
