NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC -

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Budworth Road, Aston by Budworth

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.

Prohibition of traffic - Budworth Road, Aston by Budworth - From the junction of Frog Hall Lane to the junction of Old Hall Lane.

The alternative route will be via Frog Lane, School Lane, Pickmere Lane, Budworth Road and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.

This order will come into operation on Monday 12 August 2024 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 23 August 2024.

Knutsford Road, Cranage - For the full extent.

Mereside Road, Mere - For the full extent.

Chelford Road, Knutsford - For the full extent.

Pickmere Lane, Pickmere - For the full extent.

Storeys Way, Handforth - For the full extent.

A555 MAELR Eastbound, Handforth - For the full extent.

A555 MAELR Westbound, Handforth - For the full extent.

Chester Road, Plumley - For the full extent.

Chester Road, Tabley Superior - For the full extent.

Chester Road, Tabley Inferior - For the full extent.

For diversions and specific dates please visit one.network.

This order will come into operation on Monday 29 July 2024 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Thursday 31 October 2024.
