Dovedale Avenue - Temporary Road Closure For Carriageway Patching And Resurfacing Works
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE DOVEDALE AVENUE, LONG EATON
WHEN: 24 July to 25 July 2024 (19:00 to 23:59 each night)
WHERE: Dovedale Avenue, Long Eaton between its Jct. with Rosedale Close and its Jct. with B6002 Wilsthorpe Road.
REASON: To facilitate carriageway patching and resurfacing.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: B6002 Wilsthorpe Road, Ruskin Avenue, Dovedale Avenue and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re- open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
