LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) (as amended)

BIRSE CRESCENT SLIP ROAD (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO. 2) ORDER 2024

The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate excavation of slip trench to assess new telecoms equipment and associated works in The unnamed road linking Birse Crescent and Neasden Lane Underpass, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in the entire length of The unnamed road linking Birse Crescent and Neasden Lane Underpass, when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.

The prohibitions referred to above will apply between 29th July 2024 and 3rd September 2024 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

Access to premises in or adjacent to The unnamed road linking Birse Crescent and Neasden Lane Underpass will be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works. Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
