The Isle of Wight Council (Whiteoak Lane, Porchfield, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure) Order No 4 2024

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that for five shifts between Monday 29 July 2024, and Friday 02 August 2024 or when the works have been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Whiteoak Lane, Porchfield, from its junction with Underwood Lane, and its junction with Town Lane. The Isle of Wight Council (Fitzroy Street, Sandown, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure) Order No 2 2024

The Isle of Wight Council (Moons Hill, Totland, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure) Order No 11 2024

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0800 hours on Monday 29 July 2024 until 1600 hours on Friday 02 August 2024, or when the works has been completed, Moons Hill will be closed between its junctions with Middleton and Briary Lane. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The closure is required for utility works.

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between Friday 26th July 2024 and Friday 30th August 2024 the following roads will be closed at all times for a period of approximately 10 shifts within this period, or when the works have been completed, to enable footway resurfacing works and maintenance works to be undertaken. No vehicle or person may use or cause any animal to use the following roads: and that no vehicle is permitted to wait on the following roads or within 50 metres on any adjoining side road where indicated by traffic signs. These works may include carriageway and footway reconstruction, resurfacing works and maintenance works.  In some cases, it may be necessary to close these sections of roads on more than one occasion within this timeframe. The one-way restriction will be revoked along Market Hill, between its junction with Castle Road and its junctions with Sun Hill. The alternative route will be signposted locally. Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between Friday 19 July 2024 and Friday 1st November 2024 the following roads will be closed at all times for a period of approximately one to 15 days within this period, or when the works have been completed, to enable carriageway maintenance and investigation works to be undertaken. No vehicle or person may use or cause any animal to use the following roads: and that no vehicle is permitted to wait on the following roads or within 50 metres on any adjoining side road where indicated by traffic signs. These works may include carriageway and footway reconstruction, resurfacing works, reflective stud work and lining works.  In some cases, it may be necessary to close these sections of roads on more than one occasion within this timeframe. Exact dates, durations and access information will be communicated to affected businesses and residents via letter and on street advanced warning signs before the scheme commences.
