NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of danger arising to the public (holding of the above event), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or park on Longdike Lane, Kippax (both sides); for a distance of 50 metres, either side of the entrance to Kippax Welfare Sports and Social Club; at any time when coning is in place. 1. The full lengths of Arthington Close; Baghill Green; Church Lane; Lee Fair Court; Meadow Way; St Marys Close; Syke Avenue & Gardens; Syke Gardens; The Warnings; Upper Green Avenue/Drive/Way/Close; Westlea Crescent & Drive.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of danger arising to the public (in relation to the holding of Leeds Music Festival 2024), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be to introduce the following temporary Speed Limits, Traffic Restrictions and Prohibitions:

A. 06:00hrs Monday 19 August to 1500hrs Monday 26 August 2024

1. A 30mph Speed Limit on i) A64 York Road (both directions); between Scholes Lane and the A1(M) Bramham Interchange. ii) Bramham Road/Scholes Lane, Thorner; between Kirkfield Avenue, Thorner to with the A1(M) Bridge. iii) Paradise Way, Bramham; from A64 York Road Roundabout, to and over the A1M Bridge (Thorner Road), along West Woods Road to A659 Wattle Syke Roundabout. 2. No Stopping (Clearway) on the above sections of A64 York Road; Bramham Road/Thorner Road, Thorner and Paradise Way, Bramham. 3. No U-Turns on the above sections of A64 York Road and Paradise Way, Bramham. 4. Carriageway Gap Closure on central reservation (in the vicinity of Red Gate 4) of the A64 York Road. 5. No Right Turn onto A64 (Westbound) Leaving the Festival Site via Red Gates 1, 2 & 4 or Left Turn out onto Thorner Road (except buses) via the yellow gate. 6. No Right Turn onto Paradise Way (northbound) into the Event access and both No right Turn and Give Way restrictions on the unnamed road from Bowcliffe Hall at its junction with Paradise Way. 7. No Left Turn into A64 York Road (Eastbound) from Mangrill Lane at its junction with the A64 York Road. 8. No Right Turn for Traffic Travelling A64 Westbound on A64 York Road at Mangrill Lane. 9. Road Closure on Kiddal Lane at its junction with A64 York Road (Point Closure). 10. Road Closure other than Resident Access (on a Pass System) or Access to A64 on sections of Potterton Lane and Kiddal Lane. 11. Road Closure with Signed Resident Access Only on sections of Barwick Road, Garforth and Leeds Road, Barwick.

No Left Turn into Bramham Road Towards Thorner (Except Thorner Residents) on Green Gate (Nova Scotia Farm) entrance on Bramham Road.

No person shall proceed on foot along the full lengths of Barwick in Elmet Footpath No. 30; or Bramham cum Oglethorpe Footpath Nos.12 & 13 between 00.01 hours on Mon 12 Aug 2024 and 23:59 hours on Fri 30 Aug 2024. 2. No person shall proceed on foot along the full length of Barwick-in-Elmet Bridleway No.33 (Mangrill Lane); between 00.01 hours on Fri 16 Aug 2024 and 23:59 hours on Fri 30 Aug 2024. 3. (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2024 – Moortown Golf Club Events

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of danger arising to the public due to the above events, Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order; the effect of which will be that: No Person shall proceed along that part of Definitive Footpath Leeds No. 32, that runs between Primley Park Road and Alwoodley Lane, Leeds. A diversionary route for pedestrians affected by the closure will be available via Primley Park Road, Primley Park View, Harrogate Road, Sandmoor Lane and Alwoodley Lane. The Order is intended to come into operation at 06:00 hours on Friday 9 August 2024 and will remain in force until 07:00 hours on Sunday 18 August 2024.
