Disgwylir i'r Gorchymyn arfaethedig gychwyn ar 25 Gorffennaf 2024 bob dydd rhwng 08:00 a 20:00 am gyfnod nid yn fwy na deunaw mis neu nes bod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, p'un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i'r gwaith gael ei gwblhau erbyn 8 Awst 2024.

Bydd mynediad ar gael i'r gwasanaethau brys, preswylwyr a cherddwyr, lle bo modd.

CAERPHILLY COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL

YORK PLACE CWMCARN TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING ORDER 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along:

York Place, Cwmcarn from No.9 York Place to its junction with Chapel Farm Terrace, for a distance of 180 metres in a southerly direction.

The proposed Order is expected to commence on 25 July 2024 daily between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated the works will be complete by 8 August 2024.

Access for emergency services, residents and pedestrians will be maintained where possible.

The reason for making the Order is to allow for structural works in the carriageway.

The order is required by Caerphilly County Borough Council.
