HYSBYSIR TRWY HYN bod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin (‘y Cyngor’), gan ddefnyddio’r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 90A o Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980 (y cyfeirir ati fel ‘y Ddeddf’ o hyn ymlaen) a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar ôl ymgynghori â Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu yn unol ag Adran 90C(1) o’r Ddeddf a’r cyrff neu’r personau hynny a bennir gan Reoliadau Priffyrdd (Twmpathau Ffyrdd) 1999 (y cyfeirir atynt fel ‘y Rheoliadau’ o hyn ymlaen), ac yn unol ag Adran 90C(2) o’r Ddeddf, yn bwriadu adeiladu twmpath ffordd ar ffurf twmpath arafu estynedig â brig gwastad (sy’n cydymffurfio â’r Rheoliadau) yn Nhrimsaran. 

Disgrifir lleoliad y twmpath arafu estynedig â brig gwastad yn fwy penodol yn yr Atodlen i’r Hysbysiad hwn ac yn y cynlluniau a atodwyd i’r Hysbysiad hwn. 

Mae’r twmpath arafu estynedig â brig gwastad a ddisgrifir yn yr Atodlen dan sylw yn ymestyn lled llawn y ffordd, gyda brig gwastad sydd o leiaf 6 metr o hyd.

Bydd y twmpath yn 75 milimetr o uchder ac yn cydymffurfio â’r amrywiadau a ganiateir yn y Rheoliadau (lle na fydd y twmpath yn uwch na 100 milimetr o uchder). 

Gellir gweld manylion llawn y cynnig, ynghyd â chynllun a datganiad o resymau’r Cyngor dros gyflwyno’r camau fertigol hyn, yn swyddfeydd HWB Gwasanaethau’r Cyngor yn:

CARMARTHENSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW ROAD HUMP AT TRIMSARAN

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Carmarthenshire County Council (‘the Council’), in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 (hereinafter called ‘the Act’) and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Section 90C(1) of the Act and those bodies or persons prescribed by the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999 (hereinafter called ‘the Regulations’), and in accordance with Section 90C(2) of the Act, intends to construct a road hump in the form of a flat-top raised plateau (complying with the Regulations) at Trimsaran. 

The location of the flat-top raised plateau is more particularly described in the Schedule to this Notice and shown on the plan annexed to this Notice.

The flat-top raised plateau described in the Schedule extends the full width of the road, with a minimum 6 metres long flat-top. It will be 75 millimetres in height and compliant with the tolerances permitted in the Regulations (where the hump will not exceed 100 millimetres in maximum height). 

Full details of the proposal, together with a plan and a statement of the Council’s reasons for introducing these vertical measures, may be examined at the offices of the Council’s Service HWBs at:
