The County of Cornwall (Road From Rylands To Higher Lank and Road From Wet Lane To Rylands, St Breward, Bodmin) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Breward, Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for ducting and gully sucking works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th August 2024 to 23rd August 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Roads afected - Road From Rylands To Higher Lank, St Breward, Bodmin between the junction Access to Sunnybank and the junction of property known as Somerville and Road From Wet Lane To Rylands, St Breward, Bodmin between propeties known as Pen - Ivey and Somerville.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for ducting and gully sucking works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th July 2024 to 9th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road afected - Road From Rylands To Higher Lank, Bodmin between the junctions of Hill Close and Mill Lane.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for essential tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th August 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only. 

Road afected - Scarletts Well Road, Bodmin between junctions with Scarletts Well Park and Berrycoombe Hill.

The County of Cornwall (Skyburriowe Lane, Garras) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Garras. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 31st July 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road afected - Skyburriowe Lane, Garras between the junctions of Gwealeath and Skyburriowe.

This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th July 2024 to 9th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Roads afected - St Kew Road, Road From Churchtown To St Kew Road, Bodmin between grid references SX 02748:74999 and SX 02351:76892.

The County of Cornwall (Trenance Road, St Austell) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for remedial reinstatement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th August 2024 to 17th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekends included.

Road afected - Trenance Road, St Austell from outside No 101 to outside No 109.

The County of Cornwall (Trenowah Road, St Austell) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Trafc and Stopping) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 15th July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for works to repair carriageway surface and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th July 2024 to 3rd August 2024. 

Road subject to prohibition - Trenowah Road, St Austell for its entire length.

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the efect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specifed on the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of this Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.

Road subject to stopping prohibition - Trenowah Road, St Austell for its entire length.

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in St Mabyn. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th August 2024 to 23rd August 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Roads afected - Road From Longstone To Junction East Of Treverah Cottages, Tresarrett Road, Road From Tresarrett To Bridge Pool Cottage, St Mabyn between grid references SX 06056:73390 and SX 07301:73457.

This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th July 2024 to 9th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
