EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(A713 Jellieston Terrace, Patna) (Temporary Road Closure & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024
On 16th July 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Carriageway Resurfacing

Temporary Road Closure – A713 Jellieston Terrace , Patna, From Dalharco Avenue to Doonbank Care Home for 864m.

No Waiting At Any Time - A713 Jellieston Terrace , Patna, From Dalharco Avenue to Doonbank Care Home for 864m.

The Order commences on 03 August 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 03 August 2024 at 08:00 until 11 August 2024 at 20:00

The road is expected to be closed on Saturdays and Sundays only from 08:00 on the Saturday to 20:00 on Sunday each week with the road being open out-with these times.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained whenever possible and safe to do so .

An alternative route will be signed via A713 to Dalmellington turning left onto B741 travel to A76 New Cumnock turn left and head towards the A70 Ochiltree then travel to Coylton then take a left turn onto B742 which takes you back onto A713 and vice versa.

HGV route- Traffic should proceed via A713 to Dalmellington turning left onto B741 travel to A76 New Cumnock turn left and head towards the A70 Ochiltree then take a left turn onto U728 and then a left turn onto B7046 through to Drongan then back onto the A70 to avoid the low level railway bridge and vice versa.

EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Grassyards Road , Kay Park Crescent,South Dean Road,Strawberrybank Road, Kilmarnock) (Temporary Road Closure & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024

On 16th July 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow an event Kay Park Play Day.

Road Closure – Kay Park Crescent
From entrance to Kay Park off Strawberrybank Road to entrance point at Grassyards Road

No Waiting At Any Time – Grassyards Road,South Dean Road and Strawberrybank Road
Strawberrybank Road - From Grassyards roundabout to top of hill at entrance to South Dean Road
South Dean Road - From entrance at Strawberrybank Road to Leslie Road
Grassyards Road - From St Joseph’s to Willowbank School

The Order commences on 07 August 2024. The event is expected to commence from 07 August 2024 at 07:00 until 07 August 2024 at 16:00 or until event is finished whichever is earlier.

The Order restrictions will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Emergency Services access will not be affected Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times

An alternative route is via Grassyards Road , Strawberrybank Road and vice versa.

(A719, Galston) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024
On 16th July 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above- named Order, to allow Carriageway Resurfacing

Temporary Road Closure – A719, Galston, From A76 to South Ayrshire Boundary.

The Order commences on 05 August 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 05 August 2024 at 08:00 until 16 August 2024 at 17:00

The road is expected to be closed between 08:00 and 17:00 each day with it being open out-with these times.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained whenever possible and safe to do so.

An alternative route will be signed via A719 - A77 - A76 and vice versa

SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(U98 Townend Road , Symington) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024
On 11th July 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow Scottish Water Works.

Temporary Road Closure – U98 Townend Road, Symington. From roundabout at Townend Road to junction U99.

The Order commences on 05 August 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 05 August 2024 at 09:30 with the closure remaining in place until 20 September 2024 at 23:59.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained.

An alternative route will be signed via U99 - Old Loans Road - Tarbolton Road - B730 - C93 - Brewlands Road - Main Street - Townend Road

SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(York Street, Ayr - Newton On Ayr) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024
On 11th July 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow contractors to carry out SGN Works.

No Waiting At Any Time - York Street

South bound carriageway - between Taylor Street and Waggon Road.

The Order commences on 01 August 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 01 August 2024 at 07:00 with the restrictions remaining in place until 16 September 2024 at 19:00. Days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
