What is happening?

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

THE COUNCIL HAS MADE

(Main St, Tingewick) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2024 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Main St for approx. 35M. Alternative route: Main St, Buckingham Rd, Tingewick Bypass, Barton Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Anglian water commences on 12 August 2024. The proposed Order will come into operation on 12 August 2024, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

THE COUNCIL HAS MADE

Public Footpath No.3, Parish of Stoke Mandeville (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2024 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath No.3, Stoke Mandeville, from the junction of Public Footpath No.2, Stoke Mandeville, north west for approximately 631M to the junction with the Hospital. The closure is required to allow for works to proceed in connection with the approved South East Aylesbury Link Rd. The alternative is from hospital closure point: 396M west along SMA/3/1 to junction with B4443, 625M southeast along B4443, 225M east along SMA/2/1, West to lower Rd to pick up existing footpath Lower Rd. The Order will come into operation on 15th July 2024, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
