Hysbysir drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), wedi gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd â’r effaith o wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd:
Llanfabon Road, Nelson, o’r gyffordd â National Road am bellter o 90 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd.
Disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig gychwyn ar 15 Gorffennaf 2024 am gyfnod nid yn fwy na deunaw mis neu nes bod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau erbyn 28 Gorffennaf 2024.
Bydd mynediad ar gael i’r gwasanaethau brys, preswylwyr a cherddwyr, lle bo modd. Bydd arwyddion yn dangos llwybrau amgen.
Y rheswm dros wneud y Gorchymyn yw caniatáu gwaith atgyweirio prif bibell ddŵr. Mae angen y gorchymyn ar Core Highways.

Temporary Prohibition Of Driving Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) has made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along
Llanfabon Road, Nelson from its junction with National Road for a distance of 90 metres in a northerly direction.
The proposed Order is expected to commence on 15 July 2024 for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated the works will be complete by 28 July 2024.
Access for emergency services, residents and pedestrians will be maintained where possible. Alternative routes are via signed route.
The reason for making the Order is to allow for water main repairs. The order is required by Core Highways.
