 ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) 

DUDLEY METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL (TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY AT CASTLE HILL, DUDLEY) ORDER 2024

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council intends to make an Order, the effects of which will be the temporary closure of the public right of way at Castle Hill, Dudley, between the Black Country Combat Martial Arts to the Black Country Innovative Manufacturing Organisation. The purpose of the restrictions is to safely facilitate the demolition of nos. 13 and 15 Castle Hill, Dudley on or near the affected public right of way. The Order will come into force on Monday 29th July 2024 and the works are anticipated to be completed on Monday 21st October 2024. The Order may remain in force for a period of up to 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Diversions for pedestrians shall be via: Dudley Zoo and Castle Car Park adjacent to no.13 Castle Hill, Dudley. Access to frontages and for emergency services will be maintained where safe to do so.
