The County of Cornwall (Castle Road, Ludgvan) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Ludgvan. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th August 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road afected - Castle Road, Ludgvan between the junctions of Tregassack Road and Bowglas Close.

The County of Cornwall (Church Road, Madron) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Madron. This prohibition is necessary for new gas connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th July 2024 to 1st August 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road afected - Church Road, Madron between the junctions of Bellair Road and property known as Chyrase.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Laity Lane To Church Lane, Carbis Bay) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Carbis Bay. This prohibition is necessary for installation of new foul sewer and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st August 2024 to 31st October 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road afected - Road From Laity Lane To Church Lane, Carbis Bay for its entire length.
